Context and Opportunity
Morocco is entering a major new phase of public investment, from preparations for the 2030 FIFA World Cup to strengthening water systems, upgrading healthcare, and modernising urban mobility. These priorities are creating a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of opportunities across infrastructure, transport, water and waste, and digital health.
The June 2025 UK–Morocco Strategic Dialogue deepened cooperation between both countries through a series of high-priority Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). These MoUs outline collaboration on World Cup infrastructure, ports and water systems, healthcare transformation, and sustainable urban development, signaling Morocco’s interest in UK expertise in engineering, green technology, hospital design, and event delivery.
